❗️Customer satisfaction is of critical importance to us. If you are unhappy with your service, you must let us know immediately.

Appointment / Cancellation Policy

❗️By booking your appointment with us, you are agreeing to our booking policy. All appointments are subject to confirmation by our reception team. We reserve the right to change/cancel your appointment based on our availability.

❗️Cancellations within 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the full appointment value. Cancellations within 3 hours prior to your appointment & No-shows will result in a charge equal to 100% of the full appointment value. To ensure that your appointment is properly cancelled, please give us a CALL during our normal business hours. Appointment confirmation texts/emails are automated “courtesy” reminders which does not take your responses for cancellations. Replying to these texts will not be considered as an attempt to cancel your appointment and will equally be subject to our cancellation policy.

❗️Please be advised that our salon is NOT affiliated with any other salons. We are NOT responsible for checking the location of the appointment. It is clients’ responsibility to make sure they are booking & visiting the correct location.

❗️Please be advised, an appointment guarantees your place over walk-ins, but this does not necessarily mean you will be taken immediately upon arrival. At times, there may be a wait. We will always do our best to minimize waiting times for all customers, especially those with appointments, and we respectfully ask all of our customers to be patient while we work hard to serve everyone in an orderly fashion.

Refund Policy

❗️ We do not offer refunds at our salon.

Gift Card Policy

❗️ Gift cards/certificates are non-refundable.

❗️ Due to increased number of fraudulent activities on e-gift certificates, we reserve rights to request for your government issued ID when presenting e-gift certificates. Should we find any suspicion, we reserve rights to immediately void the e-gift certificates and refund the amount to purchaser’s original form of payment. This suspicion will generally be related to: mismatch between names on e-gift certificates to the ID, unverifiable purchaser, etc.

Cellular Phones & Children

❗️Cellular phones must be silenced. Should you need to make an important phone call, we ask you to keep your voice to a personal level. Calls on speaker are prohibited.

❗️Children must ALWAYS be on their best behavior or we will ask you to leave. Our valued customers choose LUXI to not only be their nail care service provider, but to also to decompress from their stressful day. It is imperative that we minimize all disturbances as much as possible.

Lost/Damaged Personal Belongings

❗️We are not responsible for lost/damaged personal belongings. We use products that may seriously alter/damage your valuables, and therefore, we ask you to leave your valuables at home.
